Return Process

  Contact our customer care team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the box.

  Ship It Back

  Send your return to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned products, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
